Encounter Coast Spirits is a small farm based distillery and kitchen on the outskirts of Victor Harbor, sited on a working farm running sheep and beef cattle.
Here we make a range of handcrafted spirits and liqueurs, from our popular Fortune Teller Gin, to our best-seller, Fortunecello which is a cumquat liqueur based on the classic Italian Limoncello. All our spirits and liqueurs are made with our 200 litre copper still from Germany.
The farm is also home to the Irreverent Kitchen Australia, which produces a left of centre take on a range of condiments. Our products include a mouth-watering Strawberry and Boobialla Jam, Bloody Mary Chutney, Peach Kasundi with Honey and Wattleseed (perfect if you like a little spice in your life) and the delicious Plum Brandy Sauce, amongst others.
